Situated on Sor Ángela street in Madrid, this location resides in the heart of a vibrant urban environment. Understanding its intricacies was essential in reimagining and revitalising it with thoughtful interventions that infuse it with renewed purpose and direction.

To bring this vision to life, studioMADD proposed integrating a new portico into the design. This addition not only bestows the building with the prominence it deserves but also seamlessly connects it to the surrounding urban fabric, bridging the divide between the interior and exterior. In doing so, we have created inviting communal spaces and enhanced the allure of the building for both retail and future corporate tenants. The second-floor and ground-floor access to a brand new Terrace on the portico's roof offers a cherished outdoor space and a lush green area for all to relish.

The plinth has played a pivotal role in transforming the reception area, common spaces, and terrace, elevating the overall ambiance to new heights. Our focus remains on crafting a space that people will truly cherish and admire.
